Terms of service
Before commissioning, I require that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to my Terms of Service. Please note that these terms are subject to change, so be sure to review them regularly.
General
Starting prices are base estimates and may increase based on material costs, character complexity, and additional features (e.g., wings, spikes, markings, etc.).
I only work with clients aged 18 and up. No exceptions.
Commissions will only begin once 50% of the total payment has been received.
I do not replicate or match the styles of other makers. Please commission me for my unique style.
Major commission updates will be posted on my Trello, which clients are expected to follow.
WIP (Work-in-Progress) photos and updates will be provided whenever possible.
Please request any changes during the WIP phase. Once the suit is finished, major changes cannot be made.
Estimated finish dates are not guaranteed. I am a one-person team, and I’m also a full-time student/worker—this takes time.
You acknowledge and agree to a maximum turnaround time of one year. Most suits will be completed earlier, but this buffer is in place to cover unexpected delays.
I may use photos and videos of your suit for promotional purposes.
All suits are quality-checked before shipping. I am not responsible for damage once the suit is in your hands.
Allergy notice: I have cats, dogs, and birds in my home. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by exposure to these allergens.
Payment
All payments are made via PayPal invoices only.
Work will not begin until 50% of the total cost is paid, and your suit will not ship until the remaining 50% is received.
Payment plans are accepted, but must be completed within 3 months, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon.
If full payment is not made, I reserve the right to cancel the commission or resell the suit (with alterations) as a different character.
Refunds
A 30% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your spot in my commission queue.
If materials have not been purchased and work has not started, all but the 30% down payment may be refunded.
No refunds will be issued if materials have been bought or if work has begun.
Please be certain of your funds and commitment before commissioning.
Shipping
Shipping costs are not included in the price of your suit and will be charged after completion.
Shipping rates are individualized based on your location.
Convention pickup may be available depending on the event and timing—please mention this during the commissioning process.
Import duties, taxes, and other fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Contractual Agreement
Any communication via email, DM, or other written form will be considered part of a binding contract. By commissioning me, my T.O.S., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms listed above.

How should you be caring for your suit?
Suits are expensive, so you want to make sure you care for them Properly.
If you are caring for and cleaning a suit Made by CotsCreations, Here are the proper
steps to take to ensure your suit will last and stay nice and fresh!
Step One

Machine washable items such as ur paws or Bodysuit/Arm sleeve can be thrown into the washing machine on a cold gentle/delicate cycle. If you have a bodysuit, turn it inside out and remove any padding before putting it into the wash. Gentle detergents such as woolite are the best for cleaning your suit as you do not want to damage the fur. Non-harsh Fabric softeners can also be thrown in for a scent boost. ONLY WASH YOUR FURSUIT IN COLD WATER. DO NOT PUT IN THE DRYER this will fry the fur on the suit permanently damaging the fibers.
Step Two

Any other Fursuit part such as your Head, tail, feet, or etc can be scrubbed with a washcloth and soft detergent such as woolite until clean. Another option is to use a carpet cleaner such as The Little Green Machine, to much quicker clean your suit. This should also only be done with cold water. Do the same for any inside linings.
Step Three

While your suit is wet, take your preferred Fursuit brush (I find Slicker Brushes work best) and brush out the wet fur in the Direction of the pile. Make sure to brush while your suit is still wet or else it risks drying damaged. Do this for the entire suit including shaven or shorter furred areas. Once brushed all suit items can be left to air dry or placed in front of an air blowing fan for faster drying.
Step Four
Once your suit is dry, brush it out again and spray with your preferred Fursuit spray and you're done! Store your suit in a safe and dust free area until next wear. Do not put in tight or crammed areas for extended periods of time to minimize risk or fur damage.
Happy Suiting!!!

FAQ:
Can I get the eyes wet?
Yes, Any Cotscreation suit from 2024 onward (unless specifically stated)
has Screen Printed Eye mesh which can get wet
What if I can't get a stain off my suit?
Unfortunately some stains can't get out of fur but suits
can be sent in for repairs to replace damaged fur
Will your suits bleed Markings when wet?
No, I use a mix of water Soluble, disappearing ink, and non bleeding
permanent markers on my suits that I have personally
tested to make sure my suits do not bleed.
Do I still need to use a balaclava when suiting?
Wearing a balaclava in lined fursuit is a personal choice and
not required. If you tend to sweat a lot it could assist with
that but is not something needed for a lined suit.
